Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn (born in America) is an American actress. Her most well-known character was as Skyler in the drama series of AMC, Breaking Bad. She won the Primetime Emmy Awards to recognize Outstanding supporting Performance on a a Drama Series for 2013 and 2014. She has also played Jean Ward in The Practice, and Martha Bullock in Deadwood. Anna Gunn was born in Sante Fe New Mexico, in 1968. She fell in love acting in the Preparatory school, after which she moved to Ohio together with her family during the mid-70s. Theatre studies took place through Northwestern University. A semester was taken at the British American Drama Academy. Anna started out in Chicago, working in theatre parts for a number of years. After that, she relocated to Hollywood where she started acting in TV shows and films. Anna got her big break in the year 1992, when she portrayed Arden in 29 episodes of Down the Shore. Anna continued to be guest stars on a number of television series and movies, including Seinfeld as well as NYPD Blue until the late 90's when she appeared in a regular role in the role of Jean Ward in The Practice. The mid-2000's saw her was placed in Deadwood as Martha Bullock for two full seasons. Skyler is Her Breaking Bad role from 2008. Sully was also one of her roles. Gunn was a part of David Schwimmer's Sex With Strangers, a production produced by David Schwimmer. Gunn was in the role of Numbered Days, a four-part audio show that premiered that will air in 2022. The relationship with Walter White and his wife Skyler is usually the main focus of the story on Breaking Bad with the strained tension in their relationship, and the eventual end of their relationship mirroring the same arc of Walter White's last years of his life.
